What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a brain-body based therapeutic technique that uses eye position to access and process deeply rooted emotions, trauma, and pain.

The visual system is just as somatic as the nervous system.

Your eyes are a direct conduit to your subcortical brain, which is where pain is stored in your psyche.

Brainspotting focuses on these primal, subcortical regions, which allows you to access spaces within that are not accessible through talking and the thinking mind.

Brainspotting supports the brain in naturally processing and healing itself, without the need for verbal activation.

Brainspotting is a very intuitive and flexible way of somatically working to heal pain. Whether you are navigating certain challenges or seeking expansion, Brainspotting can powerfully support you.

Brainspotting Session Info

Where: All sessions are held over Zoom

Session Length: Each session is 60 mins long

Investment: $200 (payment can be made through Venmo or Zelle)

Session Frequency: You can schedule as often as you feel called to

Brooke offers sessions each week between the times of 11am-2pm EST.
